25 years of research.
The methodology behind my work was developed by my father, Dr Sven Hansen. A medical doctor, former special forces officer, founder of the Resilience Institute and pioneer in human performance.
I trained directly under him after practising as a corporate solicitor at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and co-founding a tech startup in London. We now work together, blending his evidence-based frameworks with my experience in high-pressure environments where situational agility is not negotiable.
Sven co-facilitates senior engagements. He brings clinical depth, 25 years of research, and the experience of someone who has seen every version of this problem. Every session I deliver is rooted in the same practical, science-backed approach.
